We provide Project Management services for Retail. Our Clients may be Retailers, Property Developers or Third Party Investors. Our  support can range from acting as Advisors to client Project Teams, to managing all aspects of the delivery of a Retail Project ourselves, from  Initial Concept, to Development, then Construction, Business Set-up and Implementation through to launching the trading business and then managing the operation. These turn key style Projects often cover several years from start to final handover.
